Probably past warranty because the advice did not work.

In June i contacted support because my fuses kept blowing, that's what i assume anyway since when i put a new one in and start the amp it turns blue (the light) then shuts off very quickly.

The advice given was to buy new tubes. I bought them.
2 x 6J1P-EV / 6AK5 / EF95 / 6F32 Voskhod tube
2 x 6N6P / ECC99 / E182CC tube


But they did not fix the issue, i bought a few fuses too, and wasted money because i used them all up problem-solving. this was such a waste of my time, and money, ordering tubes, them getting shipped to wrong address so i had to spend money to buy more, they finally arrive i am happy and im like finally it'll work. Nope. it doesn't work. now im going to have to spend a few more months paying postage and shipping to china for like 60$ cool thanks.

If you initiated the support case before warranty expired and the recommended action did not resolve your issue, then your warranty would be extended.
