Purchasing your Little Dot directly from littledotus.com provides you our direct support and warranty terms. The standard warranty period for all Little Dot built amplifiers/products is 1 year from the date of reception unless otherwise noted.

Among the benefits:

1. Money back guarantee - If you receive your Little Dot and for any reason are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
2. Free shipping insurance - Rest assured we'll make things right at no additional charge to you in case anything happens during transit.
3. Direct customer support - Questions, comments, or ideas? Contact Ian and he'll try to go above and beyond answering any questions you may have.
4. Premium Warranty - If anything happens to your Little Dot within the first 3 months, we'll cover all labor, parts, and shipping expenses involved so there is zero cost to you. After that, within the standard warranty period we'll cover labor/parts and shipping back to you. After the warranty period expires, your Little Dot has lifetime coverage of labor cost to fix the machine, but we will quote you on the replacement parts. Also, you'd have to cover the shipping involved.
5. Guaranteed latest versions - Our direct sales are guaranteed to be freshly built and thus the latest circuit revisions.

Please note that Little Dot units sold through unauthorized and/or gray market sellers will not carry our support or warranty. There is also the risk of receiving B-stock, refurbished, and sometimes outright fake units. Please be careful!
